Straight Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey.
Colorado- Crafted from all four of the American mother grains: corn, wheat, barley, and rye. There aren't many four grains on the market as they are very difficult to make. Complex whiskey with vanilla and caramel notes from the newly charred, American white oak barrels. Classic taste.
Named after Master Distiller Emeritus Elmer T. Lee, this whiskey is hand selected and bottled to the taste and standards which were set forth by Elmer T. Lee himself. Perfectly balanced and rich, as declared by the man who knew how great bourbon should taste. The nose brings notes of clove, vanilla, and old leather. The flavor balances fruit, honey and vanilla with a light spiciness. A long and warm finish.
Named for a stretch of rich farmland along the Kentucky River, Rock Hill Farms is a fine single barrel bourbon. The limestone waters of the Kentucky River that wind through Bluegrass country and alongside Buffalo Trace Distillery nourish the land and provide the distinct flavor to Rock Hill Farms. Washingtonian Magazine named Rock Hill Farms "The World's Greatest Bourbon." This smooth bourbon is defined by the lush and rolling Kentucky landscape.
The King of Islay in his prime, fiercely rampant, with a clarity of vision and a sense of purpose none can deny. A glorious and classic Lagavulin, with an intensity, saltiness and sweetness that balance perfectly as perfumed wood smoke rises to envelop them all; absolutely delicious.
Our John. J. Bowman Bourbon commemorates the great, great uncle of Abram S. Bowman, who founded A. Smith Bowman Distillery. We hand select some of the oldest barrels in the warehouse to produce a single barrel bourbon with hints of toffee, leather, figs, and almonds. John. J. Bowman was awarded World’s Best Bourbon in 2017.
WhistlePig Double Malt Rye is our oldest Rye, patiently mellowed for 18 years. Before industrial distillation, America’s original farmers would malt a small portion of their grain to start fermentation, the essential step that turns water and rye into glorious whiskey. As a nod to the farmers, Double Malt Rye is crafted from a mash bill of Rye, Malted Rye and Malted Barley. History aside, these grains unite in a show-stopping Rye Whiskey that stretches far and wide across the flavor spectrum. Its base of 79% Rye delivers bold, peppery spice, while 15% Malted Rye adds soft, floral and earthy character. A final 6% of malted barley brings rich, sweet, toasted notes. At once bold, complex, delicate and elegant, WhistlePig 18 is the whiskey that your most memorable toasts require, and a gem on any bar. Each annual edition of our Double Malt Rye is crowned with a bespoke glass topper, handmade in Vermont. Certified Kosher.
Inspired by the blending of Hennessy's iconic eau-de-vie, London-based collective United Visual Artists have created a unique capsule to encase this special-edition lacquered bottle of V.S.O.P. The ideal expression of a perfectly balanced cognac, Hennessy V.S.O.P originated from an order placed in 1817 by the future King George IV of the United Kingdom for a “Very Superior Old Pale” cognac.
Bourye is a combination of "Bou" for bourbon and "rye" for..well, rye whiskey. Because combining bourbon and rye is a bit unusual, we couldn't help thinking of the jackalope. Honestly, we didn’t think anyone would like the name!
Tennessee- The barrels containing aging rye arrived from Indiana to Cascade Hollow in 2012, where they spent another nine years in Cascade Hollow's single story rickhouses. The temperature conditions led to a gracefully slow maturation, bringing the beautiful and unique notes forward.
Highlands, Scotland- Unique in its complexity and ability to age in a greater variety of casks. Aromas of red berry fruits, fresh flowers, and passion fruit. Notes of citrus zest, vanilla pod, and creme caramel on the palate. Finishes with touches of sweet cinnamon and nutmeg.
