“A full-bodied IPA with lots of hops flavor and aroma. Good body and nice complexity, but a little too bitter for a New England IPA without the juice character to support it. This is an interesting beer that invites more investigation.”

Heady Topper is a double IPA-style beer with an 8-percent ABV. The beer is unpasteurized and unfiltered, giving it a hazy look and full-bodied mouthfeel. Those who have had Heady Topper praise its balanced flavors, which perfectly combines a bitter bite with bright, fruity notes. The beer has a citrus crispness to it that pairs well with an overwhelmingly "dank" flavor, a tasting note that's come to mean something tasting like pine or resin. It's a double IPA, so it's a boozy brew, but it goes down easy without feeling like you're drinking battery acid.

Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continually hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with a boatload of hops. Unfiltered and abundantly hoppy, it's the Holy Grail for hopheads!  We brew 120 Minute IPA a few times a year, but it goes fast. If you find some grab a few bottles -- some to enjoy and some to age.

Dank Dust oscillates with aromas of lush grapefruit, mango, and orange, backed by an extra herbal kick for added freshness. The sweet hop flavor and low bitterness nods to the classic Space Dust we all know and love, turned up a notch.
