We do not accept any returns after a product has been purchased. Once an order gets placed, packed, and shipped there cannot be any returns/refunds. In order to get a refund processed after an order is purchased, you will have to contact our team at gorosliquor@gmail.com for a refund before your order is packaged and shipped. 

We have the right to not accept any returns/refunds after an order has been shipped. Refunds are only made when customer notifies us before the order is packaged and shipped.
