Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.  SLOW COOKING: Our agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, while most others steam theirs for 7 hours.

Can you imagine that it has been around 10 years since the Blue Agaves used for this Tequila first stretched their leaves towards the hot Mexican sun? 8 to 10 years of growing, several days of cooking and fermenting, at least 8 months of aging in hand-selected oak bourbon barrels – the most important ingredient of this outstanding Tequila truly is time. The result: A slight vanilla flavor, hints of rare and cooked agave, very distinctive, very pleasant aftertaste…

This wine was crafted with balance in mind, using a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah. The Petite Sirah adds unique characteristics to this blend, revealing concentrated aromas of dark plum jam and blueberry from the wine.

Mixture of American oak and French oak barrels means that the Amor Mio Reposado Tequila has particular aromas and flavors such as vanilla, oak, honey and fruity touches. Its transparent color has golden and coppery flashes

Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continually hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with a boatload of hops. Unfiltered and abundantly hoppy, it's the Holy Grail for hopheads!  We brew 120 Minute IPA a few times a year, but it goes fast. If you find some grab a few bottles -- some to enjoy and some to age.

 Barrel aged for 3 months in white oak casks imported from Kentucky. The wood gives a delightfully smooth finish when sipped straight and brings out the flavor of Mexico when mixed in a cocktail.
