Cognac, France- Amber, almost golden yellow color. The subtle vanilla nose develops floral notes of rose and violet. Fruity plum and apricot aromas move towards notes of sweet apple and pear pastries. Fresh and well-balanced on the palate

This historic creation marries the smoothness of Jack Daniel’s with a unique 70% rye grain bill. Complex flavors of ripe fruit mingle with light toasted oak notes to create a taste rich with spice and a pleasant lingering finish. This is a big, bold rye that does not overpower.

Bourye is a combination of "Bou" for bourbon and "rye" for..well, rye whiskey. Because combining bourbon and rye is a bit unusual, we couldn't help thinking of the jackalope. Honestly, we didn’t think anyone would like the name!

CaliFino Reposado Aged 12 months in American White Oak Barrel. Lightly toasted barrel, the agave heads known as the "Piña", are slowly cooked in a stone oven. Double distillation process, only the heart of the Piña is used. Smell fresh oak barrel scents and toasted agave, while the palate brings fresh citrus flavors with hints of vanilla.
