When it comes to wine, Ménage à Trois believes the more the merrier. Ménage à Trois winemakers play matchmaker, bringing together ripe, luscious flavors, alluring aromas, and sensual textures to create a collection of fun, flirtatious wines.

Aromas of fruit, baked fully-ripened agave, green olive, and earth are invitingly present. Slightly brighter and a touch more rustic than the regular blanco, the accents of butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetal qualities in the flavor are enhanced because it comes straight from our small copper pot still, without adding water prior to bottling.  For years, the only way to sample this was to visit our distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. Until now.

Ruby-red in colour, with violet at the rim. The nose is generous; red and black fruit aromas are perfectly balanced with smooth notes of spice. Aromas are strawberry, cassis, nutmeg and cinnamon, with vanilla, and mocha from the wine’s time in French oak, which also lends a sensation of sweetness on the midpalate. In the mouth it’s balanced, with smooth tannins and rich, fresh acidity that makes the wine juicy. The finish has medium fruit in line with the aromas perceived on the nose. Great with meat dishes.

Honest hoppy beers, from the same team of lifelong brewers behind The Lost Abbey and Port Brewing Co.

Hibiki’s parent company, Suntory, has a nearly century-long involvement in producing single malt and grain whiskies inspired by the Scottish whisky-making tradition. The brand’s Yamazaki distillery was opened by Shinjiro Torii in 1923. His son, Keizo Saji, opened the Chita grain distillery near Nagoya to produce more neutral and nonmalt grain spirits for component whiskies. And Suntory and Saji opened the high-altitude Hakushu distillery deep in the forests of Mount Kaikomagatake (Kaikoma) in 1973. Each is known for distinctive whiskies, employing local waters, different yeasts and distinct stills, warehouse environments and barrel types, producing more than 100 distinct malt and grain whiskies.

This well-crafted Chardonnay opens sharp and spicy, with light buy juicy fruit. Flavors of clean apple and pear run into hints of peach, then resolve with a creamy finish.

Distilled 2005. Bottled 2019 A second maturation in Montilla Fino sherry casks develops luxurious flavours of butterscotch, toffee, and caramel with a backbone of sea salt and smoky-sweet finish.

Notes: Smoothie-style ale with tart cherries, lime, peach and passionfruit

The 2019 My Favorite Neighbor features a complex nose of red cherry, currant, and raspberry along with wild herbs, violets, and just a hint of toasted marshmallow. On the palate, generous flavors of black cherry, ripe plum, and fig compote is joined by notes of medium roast coffee and crème brûlée. The extremely long and mineral finish is characterized by a hefty structure and luxurious, silky tannins.
