Every vintage and harvest presents a unique set of obstacles, and we approach every year ready to face the challenge. Vintage 2017 began with restorative rains that replenished soils, supported vine growth and fortified our vineyards through bud break. A late-August heat wave caused harvest to pick up at a rapid pace. October was marked by wildfires in the North Coast, but thankfully, much of the area’s grapes were already picked, leaving the wine quality unaffected. Despite it being a tumultuous year, we saw an abundant harvest with above normal yields that gave our winemakers beautiful fruit and the opportunity to develop wines with depth and character. “We add a touch of Malbec to the blend to develop a softness in the tannins, making this a smooth and seamless wine. These mouthwatering tannins surround the palate, framing layered elements of bright blueberry, toasty oak and deliciously rich mocha. In crafting this wine, our goal is to achieve perfect balance, with well-integrated vanilla oak notes and a lengthy, elegant finish.” – Stephanie Pope, Winemaker
For the Willett family, distilling craft whiskey is a family tradition. During Reconstruction, John David Willett — the family patriarch — began distilling whiskey at the Moore, Willett & Frenke Distillery, which was situated just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. In 1898, his son, A. Lambert Willett — who was 15 years old at the time — began following in his father's footsteps. Three decades later, Lambert, together with his son, Thompson purchased a farm on the outskirts of Bardstown, Kentucky, and began construction of the Willett Distilling Company.

Bourye is a combination of "Bou" for bourbon and "rye" for..well, rye whiskey. Because combining bourbon and rye is a bit unusual, we couldn't help thinking of the jackalope. Honestly, we didn’t think anyone would like the name!
Not as full-bodied as Cabernet, not quite as fruity as Chianti, our Merlot delivers rich flavors of ripe raspberry and cherry, wrapped in a velvety softness that give it a character and quality all its own.

The distillery was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and was listed as a National Historic Landmark in 1980. Made from a mash of corn, wheat, and malted barley, Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky (spelled without an “e” to honor the Samuels family’s Scottish heritage) manages to marry large-scale, global production with a rich tradition in a way that few other distilleries can rival. The actual “makers” of Maker’s Mark still rotate the barrels in the distillery’s warehouses, bottle the whisky and dip the bottles in wax — all by hand.
An elegant, well-structured Pinot Noir with aromas of black cherries and ripe strawberries.

Jefferson’s Reserve Old Rum Cask Finish has spent many years maturing in American white oak casks before being transferred into specially selected old rum casks that previous held Goslings Family Reserve, awarded the best aged rum in Bermuda. Extra aging for 15 months in these casks creates a rich and rounded bourbon whiskey; marrying the flavor of an award winning bourbon with the mouth feel, complexity and finish of a reserve quality rum. The result of this marriage will be award winning in its own right.
Aromas of raspberries, cherries, brambleberry and cola with notes of vanilla. Long, elegant finish, with notes of cigar. Sourced from vineyards in Santa Barbara, Monterey and Sonoma. Balanced, food-friendly wine sourced from premium California vineyards.
From the Andalusia province of Spain, a luscious dessert wine is produced from the shriveled raisins of the Pedro Ximenez (PX) grape. This highly viscous, syrupy, wine is aged in ancient solera barrels for decades before release. We acquired a selection of retired PX barrels from a solera hundreds of years old and filled them with our rich and spicy Bourbon Whiskey. Left to bask in these ripe, fruity vessels, our Whiskey emerged with complex layers of fig compote, orange marmalade, and licorice to complement the sweet oak and vanilla character of our world-renowned Bourbon Whiskey.
The Joel Gott 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blackberry and black cherry with notes of clove, vanilla, and brown sugar. The wine opens with dark, concentrated fruit flavors, followed by velvety tannins on the mid-palate and notes of baking spices on the long, textured finish.
Aged in wood for a longer period of time than a ruby port, Cockburn's Fine Tawny loses some of its color and sweetness and acquires the classic nutty/butterscotch flavor of tawny port.
