Our impeccable Blanco Tequila is aged for a minimum of 12 months in French oak white wine barrels, then that Añejo Tequila is dripped through a charcoal column to remove impurities. Finally, we gently aerate the tequila in Greek amphora to create a round, perfectly smooth, delicious Añejo Cristalino.  The Tequila has a stunning nose of sugared pineapple surrounded by bright agave freshness and lime zest. The mouthfeel is rich, with floral and delicate fruit notes picked up from its time in the French oak. The finish is mineral driven and dry, but the roundness of the aging process is felt in the delicate sweetness on the palate.

This bourbon instantly identifies as a Beam product, as a nutty aroma jumps out, which is really potent and initially blocks out other scents. Giving a deep inhale however, brings out baking spices along with hints of caramel and vanilla. It would be nice if the nuttiness was not so dominating, however it still presents as a fine way to open the sip.

Indiana- A blast of orange blossom on the nose, along with raspberry tart, cherry, and dried currants set against leather and drying tobacco. A nutty palate with notes of toffee, orange peel, herbs, and light tobacco, with chocolate brownies and blackberry emerging with water.

Crafted with a medley of five rare bourbon reserves from 2008-2014 at the historic Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Series VI continues our high-quality tradition with aromas of nutmeg and saddle leather, followed by notes of candied fruit, fig jam, oak and barrel char, mint and slight caramel, nutmeg, toffee and honey.
