Every vintage and harvest presents a unique set of obstacles, and we approach every year ready to face the challenge. Vintage 2017 began with restorative rains that replenished soils, supported vine growth and fortified our vineyards through bud break. A late-August heat wave caused harvest to pick up at a rapid pace. October was marked by wildfires in the North Coast, but thankfully, much of the area’s grapes were already picked, leaving the wine quality unaffected. Despite it being a tumultuous year, we saw an abundant harvest with above normal yields that gave our winemakers beautiful fruit and the opportunity to develop wines with depth and character. “We add a touch of Malbec to the blend to develop a softness in the tannins, making this a smooth and seamless wine. These mouthwatering tannins surround the palate, framing layered elements of bright blueberry, toasty oak and deliciously rich mocha. In crafting this wine, our goal is to achieve perfect balance, with well-integrated vanilla oak notes and a lengthy, elegant finish.”  – Stephanie Pope, Winemaker

France- A skillfully crafted cognac that is a blend of several crus with a perfect balance between Fins Bois, Grande and Petite Champagnes, at the peak of their aromatic potential. The result is an exquisitely balanced cognac with notes of peach and toasted almond.

That’s because without the influence of the barrel, the flavor of blanco tequila has the purest expression of the natural flavors of the agave itself. A simple grain bill of 2-Row allows the hop character to shine through in this bright, golden West Coast style IPA. Aromas of mango, lychee and guava lead to flavors of bright citrus and subtle berry notes thanks to the use of Citra and experimental hop HBC 586. This beer has mild bitterness and a clean, dry finish.

To create this extraordinary blend, crown royal whiskies are carefully selected by their master blender and infused with the juicy flavor of fresh Georgia peaches. Once picked, the peaches are destoned, pressed and strained.

Lebanon- Triple distilled from the white wine of indigenous Lebanese grape varietals and blended with uncrushed aniseed before aging in clay jars for 12 to 18 months. Serve chilled for a refreshing summer drink that cleanses the palate and aids digestion.

Light amber in color with aromas of buttered lemon, praline, and cream. Medium body with light smoke and peat balanced with spice and honey notes. A nice, zesty finish. Enjoy neat or on the rocks.
