The original Kentucky Owl Whiskey was made by Charles Mortimer Dedman in the late 1800s. After every drop of this "Wise Man’s Whiskey" in inventory was, ahem… "confiscated" by federal agents under mysterious circumstances at the start of Prohibition, the C.M. Dedman Distillery faded into history. But just a few years ago his great-great-grandson — Dixon Dedman — revived the brand, creating the Kentucky Owl Bourbons and Ryes as small batch, super-premium Spirit blends.

Anise, alcohol and specially treated water are the basic ingredients. They boil in the still to a vapor that is collected externally by condensation into high degree of liquid Arak. The bulk is then brought down to bottling strength which is around 100 proof. After a period of aging, the Arak is filtered and bottled, to be consumed in a unique matter of adding water until the Arak in the glass is whitened and ice is added to it to make the best tasting drink.

New Smirnoff Pink Lemonade pairs bright notes of subtly sweet pink berries, with the refreshing lemonade flavor you know and love. Pink Lemonade vodka can be enjoyed alone, or with club soda for a longer serve.

Copper Tongue is the latest release in the ongoing Orphan Barrel project, which was launched by Diageo in 2013. From the company’s initial press release they stated it was “A new project determined to locate lost and forgotten barrels of whiskey from around the world.”  Copper Tongue is a blend of two separate 16 year old lots of bourbon distilled and aged at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. (the home of George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey). The whiskey was discovered by Cascade Hollow’s General Manager and Head Distiller Nicole Austin. Copper Tongue is released at cask strength, which means the bourbon lowered in proof during its time aging in the barrels. Light smoke combines with cornbread and barrel char to form a delicate base of scents on initial inhale. A stronger pull reveals green apple, a touch of cinnamon, and leather. The overall aroma is quite subtle, with an emphasis on smoke and leather. It’s pleasant, but not otherwise notable.

Scotland- This western Highland malt is said to have been originally founded in 1794. Oban is a true classic with an amber color, an assertive, round nose, and a rich, slightly viscous body. On the palate, it is dry with malty and fruity undertones. 2020 SIP Awards Double Gold winner.

 What if fine single malt Scotch whisky was finished in the same bourbon barrels used to age Californian barley wines, stouts & special Imperial bitters? An exceptional single malt: a double-barrelled celebration, a whisky that quite literally has no peers.

We love Hop Obsession, but we thought how can we make it better. A new fresh label, but its really about what is inside tha can so we added alot more hops including our first use of Cryo hops, Simcoe & Amarillo to be exact. Pumping up the Aroma and Flavor to a level we havent achieved before, enjoy!
