Copper Dog is a stunning blend of no fewer than eight single malts, bursting with flavour and personality. Our blend was born in a pub, and that’s how Copper Dog is best enjoyed: huddled over a bar, telling stories and sharing tales and tipples amongst good friends. Copper Dog is inspired by the resourceful rascals of Speyside; distillery workers who fashioned ‘Copper Dogs’ out of scraps of metal and pennies to smuggle out the Scotch they made to enjoy with their friends and family. They called them Copper Dogs as they were their owners’ best friend, never leaving the master’s side.

In the early 2010’s Willett started distilling their own whiskey on-site for the first time in over 30 years. In 2014, they celebrated this accomplishment with the release of a two year old rye whiskey. Since then they have continued to age their rye whiskey and have stuck with a four year age statement for their standard rye product, although younger and older age statements can be found. It is a small batch and is released at barrel proof. The cap is sealed with aluminum and continues the company’s move away from traditional wax they used for many years and were well known for.

Alizé Pineapple is a tropical infusion of ripe Pineapple and Passion Fruit delicately blended with premium French vodka. Alizé Pineapple is a full bodied liqueur that is smooth and favorably sweet on the palate.

Then each bottle is marked with the vintage date it was put into oak, along with the year it was bottled and the exact barrel number of the single barrel that the Bourbon was drawn from.

To craft DoubleWood 17 Year Old, David Stewart, who celebrated his 50th year at The Balvenie in 2012, returned to one of his most celebrated achievements – consecutive maturation in two different types of cask, a process often referred to as ‘cask finishing.’ This technique is at the heart of The Balvenie DoubleWood – it sees the whisky matured first in American oak barrels, which impart soft sweet vanilla notes, before being transferred to European oak sherry casks, where the second cask aging adds rich spicy flavors, depth and fullness of flavor. An elder sibling to the popular DoubleWood 12 Year Old, this new aged version shares the same DNA and the honeyed, spicy characteristics as the 12 Year Old, but it is distinctly different, with deeper vanilla notes, hints of green apple, creamy toffee and a striking richness and complexity.

Aged in American oak for 14 years and then finished off in Spanish sherry butts for 3 years. A rich, lush, sherried Dalmore expression. Fruity notes of succulent orange, strawberry rhubarb tart, and sultana on a bed of toffee and vanilla.

Stone Hazy IPA comes in at an easy 6.7% and less bitter than our other IPAs, but still  blooming with bold, juicy flavors.  For mixin'. Use it in place of vodka, gin, or tequila in your favorite cocktails. Ole Smoky's White Lightnin is made from 100% grain neutral spirits that have been distilled six times for premium smoothness.

Imperial Pastry Stout w/ Organic Indonesian Coconut, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans, & Belgian Chocolate.

Aromas of fruit, baked fully-ripened agave, green olive, and earth are invitingly present. Slightly brighter and a touch more rustic than the regular blanco, the accents of butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetal qualities in the flavor are enhanced because it comes straight from our small copper pot still, without adding water prior to bottling.  For years, the only way to sample this was to visit our distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. Until now.

 A Kentucky straight rye whiskey made of at least 51% rye grain and aged for 6 years in new charred American oak barrels. Bottled at 90 proof. Orange zest, clove and dried dark fruits on the nose.
