Branch Point Trit Straight Whiskey is a rye-wheat hybrid developed in the late 1800s in Scotland. It combines the spice and complexity of rye with the approachability of wheat. This flavourful and complex whiskey is made from an original mash bill of locally grown triticale along with rye malt and distillers’ malt, which is double pot distilled, then matured in new charred American oak casks which results in a real symphony of flavors.
