AGING
A blend of rums aged from 1½ to 5 years in American white oak barrels.
PROOF
80 proof, 40% ALC/VOL.
TASTING NOTES
Bright crystalline nose, smooth and clean with molasses and rummy notes.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
Light refreshing cocktails; mix with soda, cola, tonic, sour mix or juices such as cranberry, pineapple and orange. Pair with light appetizers and seafood.
