Our icon is a combination of a knitting machine and a copper still. In 1876, my great-grandfather J.J. Pfister created a knitting business in San Francisco. In 2017, J.J. Pfister Distilling Company began making craft spirits. To honor grandpa J’s legacy, we are proud to introduce our Red, White, and Blue Bourbon made from Sacramento Valley-sourced corn. The Red, White and Blue Bourbon commemorates our nation’s Independence Day.
