Our flagship Laws Four Grain Bourbon starts at two Colorado family farms where heritage corn and heirloom varietals of wheat, barley and rye are grown. Using traditional, labor intensive cooking techniques brings each grain’s individual character to life while the open-air, on-grain sour mash fermentation process adds soulful complexity. After a minimum of three years aging in 53 gallon charred white oak barrels influenced daily by our high altitude climate an entirely distinctive, complex & authentic bourbon unfolds.
