This straight bourbon whiskey’s high-rye mash bill (52% Corn, 44% Rye, 4% Malted Barley) is reminiscent of those offered by Domenico Canale in 1866 when barrels of oak-aged spirits arrived by rail at our Huling Station warehouse in Memphis.
