Ron Izalco’s 10-year-old rum has been distilled from volcanic sugar cane molasses and fully matured in American oak casks. The nose is fruity and fresh – notes of apricots, prunes, honey and caramel mingle together. The palate is mellow and woody, notes of caramel mix with rich American oak notes and sweet tobacco, before a long finish with notes of citrus fruits and raisins.
