Carl T. is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years of aging in new, charred American Oak, this blend is finished in a PX Sherry barrel. This finish provides notes of dried dark fruits and brown sugar to complement the characteristics flavors of our Carl T.
