In an old recipe book, we discovered the recipe for “Echt Stonsdorf” from the Silesian community of Stonsdorf. What caught our eye right away was the unusual combination of blueberries with traditional bitter herbs as well as aniseed and galangal. When we told Lisa Bauer about this recipe, she immediately started trying it out. She developed her own ideas for the (ECHT) STONSDORFER 031. She expanded the berry aroma with sloes and currants and revised the mixing ratio the botanicals. Therefore, we do not claim to be original. Our claim for the best ingredients and the highest quality applies all the more.
