Still Austin Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon

Each month, Master Blender Nancy “The Nose” Fraley searches through our barrels of Straight Bourbon and selects one she finds to be exceptionally complex. After that, we simply open it up, bottle it as “cask strength” (meaning the whiskey is bottled at the same proof at which it was aged), and sell it exclusively in our tasting room. The result is a masterpiece of uniquely dark and complex flavors, intermingled with surprisingly bright notes and the exuberant spice of rye.
