Our Roaming Man Tennessee Straight Rye Whiskey barrels were emptied and then refilled with Pap’s Hilltop Honey, a premium blend of apple blossom, blackberry blossom, and clover honey produced by a family-owned, multi-generational bee apiary in Southern Ohio.

The honey aged in the barrels for 6 months before being bottled as whiskey-barrel aged honey.

The same barrels were refilled once again with our 32-to-36 month straight rye whiskey where it rested for 22 months.
